Run the installer that you have donwloaded and follow the instructions 2. You can change the emoticons set from the configuration menu. (">>" > Tools > Configuration > General > User Interface) and select the set on the emoticons jump menu   Reminder: For versions prior to 1.0.77b please press click on the menu and select the path where the icon set is located (e.g. C:\Program Files\neos\emoticons).
